Job summary

TYLin is seeking a motivated Project Manager, Aviation to join our Aviation team in the northeast. This role supports the delivery of major airport infrastructure programs across North America, working with airport owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and construction management teams.

This role is ideal for an experienced project coordinator, project controls, document management, or construction administration professional looking to advance into broader project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5–8 years of experience in complex infrastructure or transportation projects.
• Experience with large capital construction programs and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and delivery of complex aviation projects from planning through closeout.
• Coordinate activities across multidisciplinary teams (engineering, architecture, construction).
• Manage documentation, submittals, RFIs, permits, and project records per client procedures.
• Assist with scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, risk management, and reporting.
• Maintain project controls and monitor performance against schedule/budget.
