Job summary

Trace Aviation, Inc. in Flowood, MS is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to support customers with technical expertise and sales acumen. The role interfaces between customers and the repair station, driving solutions, proposals, and service quality.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in aviation or MRO, exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills, and the ability to travel as needed to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, customer service, business development, aviation, MRO, technical services, or a related field.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred, with aviation/FAA Part 145 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key technical and sales resource for the Trace Aviation customer base.
• Liaise between customers and the repair station to address technical questions and requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase revenue.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales orders.
• Lead, mentor, and provide direction to Customer Service Representatives and junior Sales staff.
