United Airlines is seeking a Senior Analyst – Technical Records to implement procedures, maintain mainframe records, and ensure compliance with FAA and GMM standards. You’ll drive accurate tracking, audits, and status reporting for aircraft maintenance programs.

In this role you will research life-limited parts, train teammates on procedures, manage daily tasks and projects, and support cross‑functional teams.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• UA Trainer Certified.
• SIDA badge eligible (required).
• 3+ years aviation experience.
• Subject Matter Expert in respective area.
• CFR 121/145 awareness.
• Overview training completed for all groups within the department.
• Ability to lead individual and group projects.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Successful interview required; reliable attendance is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to analyst inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate technical information to establish and manage control programs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive change management.
• Manage daily assignments and projects to ensure maintenance process integrity.
• Research life-limited parts records, including Back to Birth documentation and traceability.
• Train others on established processes and department procedures.
• Maintain training records and report progress to management.
• Understand the department’s roles and relevance to operations.
• Facilitate issue resolution and endorse processes for the team.
• Present Technical Records training for new hires and others as needed.
• Attend planning/training meetings; up to 15% travel; passport required for international travel.
