Job summary

Aerospace experience, especially with pilots, is highly valued to help scale our client’s talent pipeline. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in aerospace recruiting, a relevant degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full cycle aerospace recruiting experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher; associate's degree required.
• Experience recruiting for teachers, educators and administrative staff.
• Comfortable hitting hiring goals and working with multiple hiring managers.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle recruiting, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, interviewing, scheduling, and negotiating offers.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience even if not selected.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to improve processes and candidate satisfaction.
