Responsibilities

• Determine supply source for airport locations.
• Confirm volume availability and pricing.
• Maintain Databases.
• Internal/External follow up upon award notification.
• Forecasting, nominating and scheduling on pipelines.
• Maintain inventories daily.
• Determine optimal stock levels and reorder points.
• Coordinate stocking of product inventory.
• Assist with Terminal Outages, Loading issues and Allocations.
• Rotation in afterhours/weekend on call.
• Terminal/Supply Contract Compliance.
