Qualifications

• Min. 1 year of inventory or analyst experience.
• Knowledge of Fuel inventory or Varec fueling systems preferred.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• High School diploma; accounting/inventory coursework preferred.
• Advanced MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel; able to link sheets, use tables, VLOOKUP and formulas.
• Excellent data entry, strong math, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing inventory requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Processes daily, monthly, and annual Fuel Inventory Accounting transactions per A4A Spec 123.
• Maintain required fuel inventories and nominations to optimize facility capacity.
• Interface with airlines management to clarify fuel inventory requirements.
• Verify refueling Tank Truck inventories and reconcile variations.
• Manage remote facility pipeline schedule, shipments, and batch receipts in VAREC/Fuels Manager.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly Fuel Inventory Reports to stakeholders.
• Investigate all out-of-tolerance variances relating to shipments, transfers, and inventories.
• Assist Fuels Accounting Manager with other accounting-related tasks.
