Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal communication and advisory skills.
• Ability to organize, audit, and track student progress.
• Experience in post-secondary or flight training education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit, monitor, and evaluate students' progress through the program.
• Monitor daily lesson completion and milestones including tests and checkrides.
• Develop action plans for at-risk students and track plan completion.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, and scheduling of training events.
• Maintain confidential student records and prepare progress reports for leadership.
