Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Experience in business development, sales and commercial negotiation & pricing.
• Wide-ranging general management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have US work authorization and be able to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for the safety and well-being of staff and promoting a Safety-First culture.
• Implement and ensure adherence to Safety, Security, Quality, and Training policies and SOPs and local regulations.
• Lead senior team to maintain safety systems, risk assessments, audits, and training programs.
• Lead budgeting, staffing, and scheduling to ensure efficient station operations.
• Interact with customers to promote the station and measure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement facility risk controls and continuous improvement initiatives.
