Job summary

LARSON CANDO INC is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator in Fort Lauderdale to manage receipt, inspection, storage, and shipment of aviation materials in compliance with FAA regulations. You will ensure accurate documentation, proper handling of high-value items, and timely coordination with logistics and production teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in shipping, receiving, or warehouse ops; aviation exp preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts safely (certification preferred).
• Proficient in inventory systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments, verify against PO, inspect for damage or discrepancies.
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments per FAA standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update systems.
• Ensure labeling, documentation, and traceability for all materials.
• Handle engines and high-value components with care.
• Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely.
• Coordinate with logistics and production to optimize material flow.
• Photograph incoming/outgoing materials for QA.
• Report discrepancies or safety hazards promptly.
