Job summary

LARSON CANDO INC is seeking a Program Manager / CSM in Fort Lauderdale to lead cross-functional projects and manage client relationships from initiation to delivery. You will coordinate scope, schedule, and budgets while ensuring feasible solutions and proactive risk management.

The role emphasizes communication with customers, contract support, cost estimation, and close collaboration with planning and finance teams to drive successful outcomes in a dynamic aviation environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business / Marketing or equivalent experience.
• Good understanding of aircraft materials, P/N and trace requirements.
• Quantum software experience.
• Computer skills in MS Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power point.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Confident, outgoing and dynamic personality.
• Strong creative outlook.

Responsibilities

• Delivering every project on time, within budget and within scope.
• Maintain regular communication with assigned customers – understand expectation, form and frequency of communication.
• Assist in contract negotiations and management of contacts.
• Manage production priority schedule with other CSMs and planning team.
• Define project scope and objectives, involving stakeholders and ensuring feasibility.
• Develop and track project costs and provide cost estimates to customers.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs, and communicate to stakeholders.
• Measure project performance with planning and finance.
• Grow and manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Receive notice of project input from customer and communicate to planning and finance.
• Collect necessary data and research workscope items.
• Develop initial cost estimate – buy in from QA and Production.
• Initiate Work Order and conduct induction meeting.
• Track project progress with planning for long lead-time items.
• Adjust cost estimates based on inspection findings and customer materials.
• Coordinate and manage CFM / COP.
• Communicate accurate project status to customer.
• Assist finance with invoice generation and approvals.
• Resolve customer concerns or open items to mutual satisfaction.
• Marketing – Daily.
