Job summary

LARSON CANDO INC is seeking a Production Assistant to support our production processes across scheduling, procurement, and inventory management. The role emphasizes documentation, material coordination, and quality control to ensure on-time delivery.

You will work closely with the Production Manager to monitor timelines, maintain logs, and communicate across teams for a smooth production flow. A strong organizational mindset and proficiency with Quantum Control Software are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments.
• Ability to stay organized and adapt in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production timelines and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Maintain records of production activities, materials, and delays.
• Prepare and maintain production documentation, logs, and reports.
• Update Quantum inventory logs with accurate information.
• Communicate effectively with team members and departments for smooth production flow.
• Coordinate with Purchasing/Vendor Administration for timely material delivery.
• Organize meetings, training sessions, and other production-related events.
• Assist with inventory control and ensure materials/tools are available.
• Track stock levels to prevent production delays due to shortages.
• Assist in requisitioning materials and supplies as needed.
• Provide general administrative support including filing, scheduling, and data entry.
• Prepare materials for meetings, reports, or audits.
• Support Production Manager with special projects as needed.
