Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 4 years of related structural assembly experience.
• Experience with Solumina and Smarteam is preferred.
• Sheet metal shop experience and aircraft structural assembly knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform assembly and fitting of detail parts and structures and varied drilling and riveting operations; ensure assemblies meet requirements.
• Rivet structural members and assemblies using required tools and ensure no damage to structures.
• Read work orders, blueprints, lofts, sketches, and operation sheets to determine sequence of operations.
• Instruct and assist team members in interpretation of blueprints and drawings; develop methods to resolve production installation difficulties.
• Maintain logs and records (e.g., MIR sheets, DMTs, Crabs, PCOs) and ensure traceability.
