Tradewind Aviation seeks a Scheduled Service Supervisor to lead a team of Scheduled Service Coordinators, ensuring excellent guest experiences and seamless daily operations at the Oxford, CT office.

You will coordinate across sales, dispatch, and accounting, address service disruptions, and drive process improvements while coaching staff toward exceeding targets. Aviation/hospitality exposure is a plus with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Proven track record in a client-facing role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and use diplomacy.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate a team of Scheduled Service Coordinators.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and accounting on client logistics.
• Manage service disruptions and follow-up actions.
• Train and develop client services personnel; mentor staff.
• Assist with recruitment and performance management.
• Validate payroll and manage time-off requests; ensure staff coverage.
