Tradewind Aviation, based in Oxford, CT, seeks a full-time Supervisor of Operations to oversee daily scheduling and dispatch. You will lead the Operations Center, maintain situational awareness, and ensure safe, efficient, customer-focused operations.

The role requires experience in aviation scheduling, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate resources under pressure. On-site position with day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum high school diploma; college degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of Aircraft Scheduling and Dispatch experience in an Operations Center.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills; customer service focus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily leadership and oversight of the Operations Center.
• Maintain situational awareness of all operational activities.
• Coordinate resources to maximize efficiency and balance workload.
• Lead by example and ensure SOP adherence; coach when needed.
• Support safe release of Part 91 and Part 135 flights; participate in meetings.
