Qualifications

• 2+ years of Supervisory experience.
• Proven track record in a client-facing role.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with diplomacy and tact.
• Leadership skills to motivate and guide a team.
• Experience in aviation, hospitality, or related industry is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Scheduled Service Coordinators to deliver outstanding service experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and attainment of performance targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, dispatch, accounting) to coordinate client logistics.
• Take the lead on resolving service disruptions and directing follow-up actions.
• Continuously assess trends and propose service improvements; document procedures.
