Job summary

Cutter Aviation, Inc. is seeking a Service Administrator to handle all administrative duties in the shop, including opening and closing work orders in Corridor and ensuring invoices are accurate. This role supports the General Manager-MRO and interacts with customers and vendors daily.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Prior aviation experience and strong customer service skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with aviation maintenance software is a plus.
• Experience at a Repair Station preferred.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.
• Experience at an FBO preferred.
• Excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to arrive early or stay late as workload dictates, occasional Saturdays.
• Strong interpersonal skills due to customer/vendor interactions.

Responsibilities

• Open/close aircraft work orders in Corridor production control system.
• Create purchase orders and send to vendors.
• Ensure internal bills are paid and wire transfers completed.
• Process and verify invoices for accuracy.
• Answer phones and dispatch to appropriate personnel.
• Complete and ensure accurate payroll time for employees.
• Ship, receive, stock, and count inventory; generate weekly reports.
