Job summary

Cutter Aviation is seeking a Service Administrator to support the shop operations under the General Manager-MRO. Responsibilities include opening/closing work-orders in Corridor, creating and validating invoices, handling payments and wire transfers, and coordinating with vendors and customers.

The role requires strong organizational and service-oriented skills. Applicants should have a high school diploma, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass background and drug tests.

Qualifications

• Experience with aviation maintenance software is a plus.
• Prior experience at a Repair Station or FBO is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Open/close work-orders in Corrdior (production control system).
• Create and ensure accuracy of work-order invoices.
• Pay internal bills and process wire transfers.
• File completed work orders and manage inventory.
• Answer phones and dispatch to correct personnel.
• Process payroll time and assist with shipping/receiving.
