Job summary

Cutter Aviation, a leading aviation services provider in the Southwestern United States, seeks an energetic professional to manage client accounts and relationships across maintenance events and flight operations, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout ownership. You will coordinate with service facilities and keep customers informed from scope through resolution.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication with customers and vendors.
• Experience in a Part 145 service center preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Background check and drug screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for aircraft maintenance events.
• Prepare cost estimates for customer approval.
• Represent Cutter Aviation at trade shows as needed.
• Maintain a high level of customer experience.
• Develop professional relationships with customers and their staff.
• Coordinate with service facility teams to resolve issues.
• Upsell services such as STCs, avionics installations, and upgrades.
• Document communications in CRM and support work orders.
• Support General Manager and service technicians.
• Ensure smooth handoff of work orders and invoicing.
