Job summary

Global Elite Group is seeking a Recruiter to develop sourcing and staffing strategies for a diverse talent pipeline within its aviation security operations. The role involves full-cycle recruitment, candidate evaluation, and advising on hiring decisions for DEN-based requisitions.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s or 5+ years HR experience, strong customer service, and proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including airport partners, with a proactive, compliant approach.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with DEN managers to draft detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Identifies and implements efficient recruiting methods based on the DEN operation needs.
• Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
• Schedules and conducts interviews; prepares interview questions and materials.
• Supports onboarding, badging, and clearance processes; maintains candidate records in ATS.
• Tracks hiring metrics and provides regular status updates to leadership.
