Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Principal Recruiter to drive full life cycle recruitment for Corporate and Operational roles. You will collaborate with department leaders to forecast staffing needs, design targeted recruiting plans, and evaluate and interview candidates to secure top talent.

You will lead projects across Talent Acquisition, build strong relationships with managers, and ensure compliant, timely hiring processes while maintaining a high-quality candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school or six years of HR experience including one year of sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and hiring in a high-volume environment.
• Three years of Human Resources experience including one year of sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and hiring in a high-volume environment.
• Five years of customer service experience.
• Experience using recruiting tools (ads, social media, networking) to source top talent.
• Familiarity with ATS and HR databases.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers and update on status of recruiting efforts.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team and coordinate with managers to meet staffing needs.
• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for ongoing openings.
• Oversee candidate applications, assessments, background checks, and drug screens.
