Job summary

PHI Health is seeking a Recruiter - Aviation to lead talent acquisition efforts across our aviation services. The role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, retention, and social media marketing to build a robust candidate pipeline and strong candidate experience.

The successful candidate will partner with hiring managers, develop recruitment analytics, and ensure staffing at PHI Health locations. Aviation recruitment experience is preferred, with a commitment to safety and service excellence.

Responsibilities

Manages all aspects of talent acquisition from recruitment to onboarding and retention, including social media.
Collaborates with hiring managers to ensure locations are staffed and recruitment analytics are provided on a weekly basis.
Builds and maintains candidate pools and wait lists to ensure ready-to-hire pipelines.
Guides and supports managers on recruitment processes and interviews.
Participates in networking events to develop a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
