M.C. Dean seeks a Business Development Manager focused on aviation security services within the SES Strategic Business Unit. You will lead acquisition and growth of aviation clients, expanding managed security solutions across airports and airlines.

Travel will be extensive to engage clients and represent the company at industry events, driving alignment with regulatory requirements and delivering high-value, integrated security solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in direct/indirect sales to end users, including 5+ years in aviation (airports and airlines).
• Experience with federal aviation stakeholders and aviation security, procurement and regulatory requirements (TSA, FAA, etc.).
• Proven success in aviation client acquisition and relationship management.
• Track record of acquiring, managing and expanding aviation accounts with growth targets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead acquisition of aviation clients such as airports, airlines, authorities and federal organizations with complex security needs.
• Travel across the United States and internationally to present capabilities and engage customers.
• Represent M.C. Dean at conferences, trade shows, and industry events to build relationships.
• Ensure smooth transition from sales to operations and successful system integration.
• Drive growth through managed services, monitoring, cybersecurity, and analytics for aviation clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable security solutions in active aviation environments.
• Develop strategic plans to expand service offerings and client retention in aviation.
• Maintain ongoing client engagement to optimize performance and satisfaction.
