You will lead the acquisition and expansion of airports, airlines, airport authorities, and related federal organizations by selling integrated security solutions, managed services, and analytics; overseeing the full client lifecycle from first engagement to seamless transition and ongoing delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in direct or indirect sales to end users in aviation.
• Five+ years direct experience with airports and airlines.
• Experience with TSA, FAA, and aviation regulatory requirements.
• Proven success in aviation client acquisition and relationship management.
• Ability to sell value-driven solutions including ongoing support and maintenance.
• Strong project management and transition experience from sales to operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the acquisition of aviation clients including airports, airlines, and federal organizations.
• Travel extensively across the United States and internationally when needed to engage customers.
• Represent the company at aviation conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
• Ensure seamless transition of new clients to operations and delivery teams.
• Advance managed services across new and existing aviation clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure aviation solutions.
• Maintain strong client engagement and drive long-term relationships.
