Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in aviation/related field preferred; HS diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in flight/airport operations with large turbine aircraft; international ops preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain airport credentials and security clearances.
• Knowledge of security training requirements for flight crews and airport personnel.
• Experience conducting regulatory audits and investigations.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with good problem-solving abilities.

Aufgaben

• Manage the GSC program and assist with training.
• Coordinate with HR to maintain KCM database accuracy.
• Develop and manage security training for all staff, contractors, and vendors.
• Conduct new hire security orientation and communicate policies.
• Serve as alternate AOSC when Director of Security is unavailable.
• Respond to FAA, TSA, airport authorities and regulatory inquiries.
• Coordinate TSA audits, inspections, and investigations.
• Oversee SIDA badges and airport credential issuance.
• Issue company IDs and flight crew credentials.
• Manage flight manifest data to meet FAA, DOT, TSA requirements.
• Provide TSA notifications and act as security contact for charter requirements.
• Document training with Training Department; ensure compliance.
• Conduct audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Maintain security policies and manuals.
• Coordinate with authorities for secure airline operations.
• Remain available 24/7 for security issues and incident response.
• Prepare reports for leadership and regulators.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
