Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Aviation Management or related experience.
• Knowledge of aviation terminology, FARs, and prerequisites for courses per FAA regulations.
• Three years’ related experience and/or training or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduling oversight for internal/external customers with strong service.
• Coordinate regulatory and operator training requirements between FlightSafety and customers.
• Update client information and manage training schedules and modifications.
• Confirm attendance, act as primary contact for assigned programs, and communicate with regulators.
