Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Aviation Management preferred or three (3) years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; equivalency years’ experience substitution must be in related field.
• Aviation terminology and FAA regulations knowledge.
• Experience with scheduling software and customer management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling for training with customers and internal teams.
• Send confirmations and maintain client accounts.
• Verify regulatory requirements and training objectives.
• Back-up TSA tracking for incoming clients.
• Perform export compliance checks as needed.
• Contact customers to confirm attendance and objectives.
• Maintain client retention programs.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned programs and liaise with stakeholders.
