Job summary

VSE in Florida is seeking a Sales Service Administrator to support the growth and performance of sales and service activities in the assigned market. The role focuses on expanding customer bases, nurturing existing relationships, and identifying new business opportunities while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, customer service, or aviation-related business development.
• Experience with creating quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25–40%.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and pricing activities.
• Knowledge of aircraft parts distribution or maintenance planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support development of sales & service strategy for the assigned market.
• Prepare action plans to source sales leads and prospects.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts for customers.
• Create and present proposals and support team in similar activities.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, and supply chain to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain records of pricing, sales, and activity in CRM systems.
• Travel to attend customer meetings, industry conferences, and trade shows as needed.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular communication.
