Job summary

VSE Aviation, Inc. is seeking a Sales Service Administrator in Miramar, FL. The role supports development, expansion, and performance of sales and service activities, building plans to grow existing customers and penetrate new markets.

You will prepare proposals, coordinate with operations, engineering, and supply chain to ensure timely service, and maintain CRM records. Travel up to 25–40% is expected to meet clients and support business development.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business, aviation management, marketing, engineering, or related field, or 2 additional years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, customer service, account management, or aviation-related business development.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to travel 25–40%.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales and service strategy for the assigned market to meet company sales goals and profitability targets.
• Prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
• Assist in penetration of new markets and development of customer base.
• Create and conduct proposal presentations and assist team members in similar activities.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, supply chain, and customer support to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain records of pricing, sales and activity reports for assigned customers, markets and segments using CRM systems.
• Handle daily activities related to sales and quotations and maintain customer interaction logs.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer requirements.
• Support contract negotiations and pricing aligned with company objectives.
• Participate in customer visits, industry conferences, and trade shows as required.
