Job summary

AerSale, Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented administrator to research and maintain aviation maintenance records and support the maintenance control process. You will audit records, manage the publication library, and assist with aircraft inductions.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information in a dynamic aviation environment at our Goodyear, AZ site.

Responsibilities

• Researching and maintaining reports related to aviation maintenance records.
• Maintain the technical publication library and ensure accuracy of manuals and directives.
• Perform clerical and administrative duties in support of aviation maintenance control procedures.
• Conduct quality assurance audits of maintenance records, work cards, and publications.
• Assist manager with aircraft inductions and maintain control of calibrated tools.
• Audit paperwork as assigned and perform other duties as needed.
