Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18
• High school diploma, GED or international equivalent
• Possess the legal right to work in the United States
• Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
• Ability to speak/write and be understood by peers, internal and external customers
• Must possess excellent command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills and to compose routine correspondence
• Working knowledge of standard computer systems including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Willing and able to work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, weekends, and days off

Responsibilities

• Audit aircraft and component records/data in computer systems
• Learn and use new software applications as needed
• Research aircraft documents
• Update company systems through data entry
• Prioritize work to meet deadlines and demonstrate initiative
• Maintain all aircraft maintenance records per regulations
• Interact effectively with all levels of management
• Adapt to changing demands and prioritize tasks
• Work with minimal supervision and report on-time
