Job summary

AerSale, Inc. is hiring for an on-site aviation maintenance records auditor to support our global maintenance and compliance efforts.

You will research and maintain maintenance reports, manage the technical publication library, and ensure accurate documentation across manuals and directives. Ideal candidates have at least two years in aviation or auditing roles, strong attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Researching and maintaining reports related to aviation maintenance records; maintain the technical publication library.
• In-depth knowledge of aviation maintenance formats, manuals, publications, and directives.
• Perform clerical and administrative duties supporting aviation maintenance control procedures.
• Conduct quality assurance audits of maintenance records and publications.
• Assist manager with aircraft inductions; maintain calibration tools; audit paperwork as assigned; perform other duties.

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for researching and maintain reports related to aviation maintenance records. Maintain the technical publication library.
• Must have an in depth working knowledge of the format and procedures as related to aviation maintenance, aircraft manuals, related material publications, technical directives, instructions and notices.
• Must be capable of performing clerical and administrative duties in accordance to and in support of aviation maintenance control procedures.
• Will perform quality assurance audits of the aviation maintenance records, work cards and technical publications.
• Assist manager with aircraft inductions
• Will maintain control of calibrated tools
• Audits paperwork as assigned
• Performs other duties as assigned by management

Education And Experience

• H.S. diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
• Preferred prior auditing experience.
• At least two (2) years of recent experience in aviation industry preferred.
