Job summary

Alliance Ground International is seeking Ramp Supervisors to lead flights and ground handling operations, ensuring on-time departures and secure cargo handling. You will supervise shifts, train staff, and coordinate with flight crews to optimize ramp activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise agents and leads on each shift to ensure all procedures are followed safely and efficiently.
• Mentor and coach staff and conduct on-the-job training.
• Guide inbound/outbound airplanes to and from the gate; load/unload passenger baggage, cargo, and mail.
