Job summary

Alliance Ground International is seeking a Ramp Agent to support outdoor aviation operations at our US/Canada locations. The role entails guiding aircraft, loading/unloading baggage and cargo, and maintaining safe, timely turnaround of flights.

Responsibilities include operating ground equipment, safeguarding cargo, completing formwork, and adhering to safety protocols. Candidates must be 18+, hold a valid driver’s license, and be willing to work varied shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the US/Canada.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must complete ramp and SIDA training for airport ID.
• Able to lift and move items up to 70 pounds regularly.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Guide inbound/outbound airplanes to and from the gate.
• Transport, load/unload, and sort baggage, cargo, and mail.
• Safeguard baggage and cargo from weather, loss, theft, or damage.
• Clean aircraft cabins between flights and stock supplies.
• Operate equipment such as belt loaders, tugs, and deicers.
• Complete paperwork and data entry in the company system.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in required training.
• Be punctual, flexible, and willing to work nights, weekends, holidays.
