Job summary

Alliance Ground International is seeking a Ramp Agent to support on-time flights with ground services, aircraft guidance, baggage handling, and equipment operation. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and efficiency in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

Qualifications include 18+, a HS diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, U.S. work authorization, and SIDA training. Preferred: 1+ year of ramp experience. Benefits are provided to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Good communication with flight crews and ground teams.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for weights and balance.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems for cargo/baggage records.
• Strong time management in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues during loading/unloading.

Responsibilities

• Guide inbound/outbound aircraft to gates and assist with pushback.
• Load/unload baggage, cargo, and mail; ensure bag safety.
• Operate ground support equipment and maintain safety around jetways.
• Record data and complete required paperwork in the information system.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in required training.
