Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking a Ramp Agent to provide essential ground support, guiding aircraft and handling baggage, cargo, and supplies with a strong emphasis on safety and timeliness.

The role involves operating various ground support equipment, maintaining communication with crew, and adhering to safety procedures in a fast-paced aviation environment. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must complete ramp and SIDA training for airport access.
• Preferred: 1+ year relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide inbound/outbound airplanes to and from the gate.
• Transport, load/unload, and sort baggage, cargo, and mail.
• Safeguard baggage and air cargo from loss or damage.
• Operate ground support equipment and coordinate with crew.
• Complete paperwork and enter data into the company system.
• Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
