Job summary

Alliance Ground International is seeking a Ramp Agent to support airline operations in a fast-paced outdoor environment. You will guide airplanes to gates, handle baggage and cargo, and operate ground support equipment with a focus on safety.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with flight crews while complying with company and airport safety rules. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and have a HS diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication skills for radio and crew coordination.
• Basic math and computer skills for cargo and baggage tracking.

Responsibilities

• Guide inbound/outbound aircraft to gates and load/unload baggage and cargo.
• Operate ground support equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Record data in the company information system and complete required paperwork.
• Maintain safe handling of baggage, cargo, and aircraft equipment.
• Communicate with flight crews and gate personnel to coordinate movements.
