Job summary

Alliance Ground International in Miami seeks a Ramp Agent to support ground handling for flights, guiding aircraft, loading baggage, operating equipment, and maintaining safety. This outdoors, fast-paced aviation role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and adherence to procedures.

You will lift and move baggage up to 70 lbs, work flexible hours including nights and weekends, and complete required ramp and safety training.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• If located in the US, authorization to work in the United States.
• Ramp and SIDA training may be required to obtain airport access.
• Preferred: one+ year of relevant ramp experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide inbound/outbound airplanes to and from the gate.
• Load/unload baggage, cargo, and mail safely from aircraft bins or tugs.
• Safeguard baggage and cargo from weather, loss, theft or damage.
• Clean aircraft cabins and stock supplies between flights.
• Operate heavy equipment and drive belt loaders, tugs, and carts.
• Record baggage and cargo, and complete required paperwork.
