Job summary

Alliance Ground International is seeking a Ramp Agent to support ground operations at the airport. You will guide aircraft to gates, load/unload baggage and cargo, and service aircraft between flights.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 70 pounds, and readiness to work outdoors across various shifts, including nights and weekends. Safety and punctuality are essential in this fast-paced aviation environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to pass a drug screen and obtain airport security clearance (10-year background check).
• Lift up to 70 pounds (32 kg) on a regular basis.
• Work outside in all types of weather; wear appropriate PPE.

Responsibilities

• Guide inbound/outbound airplanes to and from the gate.
• Transport, load and unload passenger baggage, cargo, and mail.
• Clean aircraft passenger cabins between flights and stock aircraft with needed supplies.
• Operate heavy equipment to move luggage and cargo, tow planes between gates, and refill water tanks and lavatories.
• Be on time, be prepared, and be safe.
