Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking a Ramp Agent to provide essential on-ground support in a fast-paced aviation environment in Nashville. You will guide inbound and outbound aircraft to the gate, load and unload baggage and cargo, and safeguard valuables such as passenger belongings from weather, loss, and damage.

Candidates must be physically fit, able to lift 70 pounds, and willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for coordinating with flight crews and ground staff.
• Basic math and weight calculations for loading and safety.
• Ability to use basic computer systems for cargo tracking.
• Problem-solving skills to resolve loading/unloading issues.
• Excellent time management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide inbound/outbound aircraft to the gate.
