Job summary

United Aero Group seeks a Director of Quality to lead quality management and control across multiple locations. You will set the quality strategy, oversee audits and corrective actions, and ensure compliance with 14 CFR Part 145, ISO/AS9100, and EASA where applicable.

You will supervise quality personnel, coordinate with operations leadership, and maintain accurate records while supporting safe, compliant aviation operations. Travel to sites will be needed to support audits and oversight.

Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of aviation inspection practices, technical data, product conformity, and maintenance documentation.
• Experience applying AS9100 and ISO quality management procedures, including audits, document control, and corrective action.
• Minimum five years of experience applying FAA regulations under 14 CFR Part 145, 135, or 121.
• Minimum five years of MRO, aviation, or aerospace experience; may overlap with regulatory experience.

Responsibilities

• Establishes company-wide quality strategy and objectives across domestic and international operations.
• Directs quality management personnel and enforces quality requirements at all locations.
• Oversees ERP and data workflows for traceability, reporting, and quality records.
