United Aero Group is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee compliance with 14 CFR Part 145, ISO, and EASA requirements, and to manage audit programs, safety initiatives, and staff training. You will steer the QA department, supervise inspectors, and ensure data accuracy in maintenance records while coordinating with vendors and customers on quality issues.

The role requires extensive regulatory knowledge, leadership in quality systems, and a proven track record in aerospace/aeronautics quality

Qualifikationen

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate, IA, or FAA Part 147 maintenance technician school graduation, or equivalent combo of education/experience.
• Knowledge of FAA/EASA Part 145 regulatory requirements.
• Progressive supervisory and managerial experience.
• Detailed knowledge of inspection practices.
• Experience with AS9100 and ISO procedures.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience under 14 CFR Parts 145, 135, or 121.
• At least five years of management experience in MRO, aviation, or aerospace.

Aufgaben

• Oversee compliance with 14 CFR Part 145, ISO, and EASA repair station requirements.
• Establish and manage internal and external audit programs.
• Manage the site's Safety Management System and training programs.
• Lead quality department operations, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate maintenance certification prior to release of aircraft components.
• Plan, schedule, and assign staff to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain inspection schedules and drive planning optimization.
• Review data accuracy in customer/maintenance management systems.
• Lead investigations of quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
