Job summary

Vantage Aviation seeks a Senior Property Manager to oversee its commercial real estate portfolio, including aircraft hangars, office spaces, and ramp areas. You will coordinate leasing, legal, operations, and tenants to ensure leases are properly executed and tenant improvements are well managed.

The role requires extensive lease administration experience, strong relationships with tenants and vendors, and collaboration with internal teams to support property operations and strategic real estate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• 5+ years in commercial property management or lease administration.
• Experience administering commercial lease agreements and coordinating with legal counsel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of commercial real estate assets, including hangars, office space, and ramp facilities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, building strong relationships and delivering excellent service.
• Administer the full lifecycle of commercial lease agreements, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and renewing leases.
