Job summary
The Weitz Company is seeking an experienced Senior Project Superintendent open to travel, with General Contractor experience in Commercial and Aviation projects, to join our Aviation group. You will lead subcontractors, drive schedules, and ensure safety on large complex sites, reporting to the senior PM and coordinating with owners and engineers.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of Project Superintendent experience.
- Commercial GC experience required.
- Experience leading, developing, and mentoring a team.
- Experience in senior living, student housing, hospitality, condominium, or similar lived-in construction preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead subcontractors and field teams on site while maintaining safety and quality.
- Develop and update project schedules and resource allocations.
- Oversee daily construction activities to meet timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure compliance with contracts and safety protocols.
- Inspect site quality and address issues swiftly to maintain momentum.
- Prepare two-week look-ahead schedules and manage cost reporting.
