Cumming Group is seeking a Construction Scheduler in the Los Angeles area to support education sector projects, with two locations in Woodland Hills and Wilmington, CA. This high-visibility role drives schedule integrity and cost control across complex programs.

Ideal candidate brings 10+ years of scheduling experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and mastery of Primavera and MS Office tools to deliver critical path and earned value analyses in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in project or program scheduling on large construction programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera, MS Office (Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of cost engineering and scheduling theory and practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation of project schedules based on defined execution philosophies.
• Perform contractor schedule reviews for conformance and QA.
• Evaluate change orders for impact on budget and schedule.
• Conduct time impact analysis of schedule delays and potential claims.
• Participate in change order negotiations and recovery schedules.
• Perform Critical Path and Earned Value analyses.
• Review contractor progress and present findings to management.
