Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager acting as an Owner’s Representative in Nashville, TN. The role focuses on planning, design, procurement, and delivery rather than direct construction supervision.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience, knowledge of airport operations and aviation facilities, and excellent communication with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience with ownership representation.
• Experience managing landside or facility-related projects (non-airfield).
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develops project scope, planning/concept documents, and construction documents.
• Develop procurement documents as project dictates and manage contract development.
• Participate in procurement selection and negotiate contracts and change orders.
• Lead architectural/engineering and construction for plan development.
• Oversee reviews across architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil disciplines.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure codes, standards, and guidelines compliance.
• Administer meetings, review submittals, and manage project reporting and closeout.
• Monitor construction schedule and resolve issues with stakeholders.
