Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of project management experience with ownership as Owner's Representative.
• Experience managing landside or facility-related projects (non-airfield).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develops project scope, planning/concept, engineering and construction documents.
• Prepares procurement documents and manages contract development.
• Leads design and construction for development of plans and construction; coordinates reviews by disciplines.
• Administers meetings, reviews submittals and shop drawings; maintains project reporting and database.
• Coordinates with departments and authorities to ensure compliance with standards, codes, and guidelines.
• Monitors schedule and progress; resolves issues with supervisory personnel and contractors.
