Job summary

Dassault Falcon Jet is seeking a project management professional to oversee multiple small projects, ensuring objectives are met and alignment with company standards. The role supports a PMO-led governance framework and may assist on more complex programs as needed.

The candidate will handle initiation through closure, manage stakeholder communications, and contribute to continuous improvement of DFJ’s project management processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business administration, IT, manufacturing engineering or related; two years’ substitution allowed for each year of education.
• Three (3) years of experience with project management as a project team member; Master’s degree offsets two years.
• Desire to obtain PMP or CAPM certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple small projects end‑to‑end, meeting time, budget, quality and benefits.
• Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close projects with defined scope and stakeholders.
• Provide regular status updates to PMO and stakeholders; maintain project documentation.
