Job summary

Dassault Falcon Jet in Little Rock, AR seeks a Project Manager to oversee multiple small projects, assisting a more experienced PM as needed. You’ll follow DFJ standards and manage lifecycles from initiation to closure, delivering on time, budget, quality and benefits.

Responsibilities include developing PM plans, coordinating staffing, and reporting status to PMO management. Excellent analytical, leadership and communication skills are required to drive consistent project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Manufacturing Engineering or related.
• Three (3) years of experience with project management as a project team member.
• Master’s degree offsets two years of experience; desire to obtain PMP or CAPM.
• Good analytical, presentation and data-synthesis abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders at different levels.
• Proven leadership and decision-making skills; able to resolve project issues.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project or similar.
• Ability to work across the facility with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Initiation: identify stakeholders and objectives, staffing and scope.
• Planning: create PM plan, refine scope, publish schedule, assess risks.
• Execution: build and guide project team, direct work, manage communications.
• Monitoring & Controlling: manage changes, track scope, cost and quality.
• Closure: obtain acceptance, archive docs, release team and close finances.
