Job summary

Dassault Falcon Jet in Little Rock seeks a Customer Project Manager (CPM) for a full-time, on-site role at the Service Center. The CPM will monitor schedules, budgets, personnel and quality, while coordinating all customer requirements related to planned work and maintaining single-point contact with the customer.

The position emphasizes collaboration with operations, accurate invoicing, and timely communication to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years-experience working in corporate aircraft environment.
• Proven ability to manage and direct projects.
• Proven ability to organize, manage and follow up on complex projects.
• Proven ability to work and communicate effectively with managers, supervisors, technicians, and customers in a business like professional manner.
• A & P license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interprets and applies contract requirements and ensures fair pricing.
• Drives activities to meet commitments and monitors hours to align with proposal.
• Ensures milestones are achieved and develops recovery plans when off track.
• Communicates and collaborates with interfacing departments and manages the Crew Chief.
• Monitors pricing and supports administration of warranty claims and invoicing.
