Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 8 years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of task management or Deputy PM experience.
• Ability to lead aviation projects and manage project teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotation and assist in technical proposals and contracts.
• Serve as primary client liaison and manage the project team to deliver scope, schedule, and budgets.
• Perform technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, design, specification, and production.
• Implement the firm’s project delivery plan and lead development and execution of the PM plan; supervise and mentor team.
• Coordinate staffing with managers and support performance reviews.
• Support business development and pursue opportunities for strategic and mini-mega projects.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain staff where needed.
